Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of products and services on bd89f, you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The mobile number you register with becomes your primary account identifier and is used for account recovery, OTP verification, and withdrawal authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
bd89f may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC) by providing government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the time requested will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may lead to account closure. Personal Account
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method. bd89f does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts registered in a name other than the account holder's, or payment methods not previously used to fund the account.
bd89f reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted without a completed KYC process where one has been requested will be held pending until the required verification is complete. bd89f is not liable for any delay caused by the Player's failure to provide the requested documentation in a timely manner.
Currency Note: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and prize amounts on bd89f are denominated and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bd89f does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion from a foreign currency to BDT prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the Player.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a rollover that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements on bd89f range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free spins credited to a Player account carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings from free spins that remain in the account after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds
Players may not withdraw bonus funds directly. Only winnings generated by meeting the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. bd89f may deduct any outstanding bonus amount from a withdrawal request where the wagering requirement has not yet been met.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Fraudulent Activity
Any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, misrepresentation of identity, or submission of forged documentation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Collusion and Match Fixing
Colluding with other players, sports participants, or third parties in a manner intended to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets is a serious offence that will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Automated Play and Software Exploitation
The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Technical exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities must be reported to bd89f immediately and must not be exploited.

Bonus Abuse
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit wagering requirement structures, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the offer is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
bd89f's determination that a breach of this section has occurred is final. Where bd89f elects to close an account on the grounds of prohibited conduct, all balance and bonus funds in that account at the time of closure may be forfeited. bd89f is not obligated to provide advance notice of account closure where there is evidence of fraud or breach of these Terms.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bd89f.
Amendments to These Terms
bd89f reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
